MEET DAVID

David Rose was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. During his teenage and young adult years, David faced significant personal struggles that led him down a path of early legal trouble and deep personal doubt. But out of those difficult years came a turning point: a personal encounter with faith that transformed his life, gave him purpose, and set him on a mission to help others find the same hope he discovered.

Today, David is an ordained Pastor in the Church of God with 13 years of ministry experience, including 9 years as a Lead Pastor. He currently leads Restoration Hope Church in Lake Havasu City, Arizona—a thriving church he and his wife Crystal planted in 2020, which began in their home and grew into a permanent ministry center by 2022.

Beyond the pulpit, David is a dedicated community leader. He serves as the President of the Lake Havasu Unified School District Governing Board, where he has led bold reforms—including making the district the first in the nation to ban DEI in policy and the first to eliminate food dyes and harsh chemicals from school lunches—protecting student well-being and educational integrity.

Nationally, David serves as one of the Pastors on the National Faith Advisory Board, advising national leaders on matters of religious liberty and faith-based policy, working to protect the rights and voices of people of faith across America.

David is driven by conservative values: limited government, personal freedom, parental rights, and strong, faith-centered communities. He believes that when government listens less to political elites and more to everyday Arizonans, real change happens.

David is also a devoted family man. He and his wife Crystal are raising their family in Lake Havasu City and are proud to call it home.
